The Food and Lodging Program works to protect public health and prevent disease by promoting environmental sanitation and ensuring food safety.
Our program licenses and inspects establishments where food is prepared, served, manufactured, or stored, as well as lodging facilities, including children’s camps.
The Food and Lodging Program investigates foodborne disease outbreaks, and responds to public health emergencies. We investigate consumer complaints, and serve as an educational resource for the public and industry stakeholders.
